Food is the universal language that encourages connection—and this October the Breast Cancer Network Australia (BCNA) is encouraging people to connect with family and friends at participating Dine Pink venues across Australia.

To this end, restaurants and cafes are invited to host specialised pink-themed events, table settings, dishes, cocktails or even menus for diners to enjoy. The money raised from these activities will contribute to the Dine Pink goal of raising $1 million to support Australians affected by breast cancer.

The Dine Pink campaign—which is the brainchild of BCNA member and breast cancer survivor, Donna, a passionate advocate for the role food and dining play in healing—already boasts a number of high profile ambassadors, among them leading Australian chef and restaurateur Luke Mangan and Masterchef 2017 Alumni, Callan Smith and Eloise Praino.
